From time to time Orion Game Systems reserves the right to determine if another league outside of MonkeyRoyale is detrimental to the operation of MonkeyRoyale to call for a ban from it's members to be associated with the offending league. A 72 hour notice must be given to the membership if a ban is to take place in order to allow members to make a decision. The decision to ban membership to another league is very serious and only taken by Orion Game Systems when threats of hacking, verbal abuse and threats to personnel are received. Notification will be given in the Announcements Page and through email to all affected members. Forfeiture of all accounts will be implemented once the member chooses not to leave the offending league. The choice is the members.

Orion Game Systems has no obligation to monitor the Service. However, you acknowledge and agree that Orion Game Systems has the right to monitor the Service electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Service properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers.

Orion Game Systems will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private email message unless required by law. Orion Game Systems reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms of Service.

You are fully responsible for your account. Any misuse of your account by someone other than you is your responsibility and all penalties incurred will be enforced.

Redemptions, BananaBux and KingsCoins

All members may only redeem in the Redemption Centre. This means that any BananaBux earned or bought can only be redeemed for purchases in the Prize Redemption Centre or special offers.

Other conditions to redeem are outlined in the Account Rules.

You must be a member in good standing all during the process, when you redeem a prize through the Prize Redemption Centre.

It is against our policy for members to buy, sell or barter BananaBux amongst themselves or for goods or services. All transactions must take place with Orion Game Systems Any violation of this rule without the express written permission of Orion Game Systems is prohibited and subjects you to suspension.

There will be no refunds of Purchased Premium Memberships or BananaBux purchases without the expressed permission of the Operations Manager or President of Orion Game Systems

Orion Game Systems or employees will not have access to any credit card information that you should supply for services or goods offered through our website. Access to such information is through the credit card company only and Orion Game Systems takes no responsibility for any acts of fraud or misuse of your credit card.
